ACCOUNT cum ADMIN
Responsibilities
- Prepare Invoice promptly and Follow Up/ Monitor Closely on payments
- Responsible for Account Receivable & Account Payable
- Handle Vendors and Payment
- Assist in processing of General Accounts
- Provide Administrative and Operational Supports
- Handle Invoicing to support sales operation, working closely with sales team
- Data entry and updating of sales reports
- Perform invoicing, AR, AP, GL and Prepare GST to Auditor
- Handle Vendors AP, AR reconciliation
- Handle Payroll and simple HR Matter
- Proficient in MS office and with knowledge of MYOB, QuickBook or other Accounting software experience is advantage
- Good Communication Skills in English and Mandarin (Oral & Written)
Requirements
- Min. 3 Years Admin and Accounting Experience
- Proficient and Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- MUST BE ABLE to handle fast-paced work environment
- You must be Motivated, Equipped with Positive Attitude at work
- Perform your duties with Full Initiatives
- 5-Days Week / 9am to 6.30pm
- Next to Paya Lebar MRT Station
